Losinski obitAaron “Jake” Losinski, 26, of Bowling Green, Ky., and formerly of Bronson, passed away Monday, March 24, 2014, in Kentucky.

A memorial Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 29, 2014, at St. Mary of Assumption Church in Bronson, with the Rev. Fr. Richard Fritz and Pastor Richard A. Martin officiating. The family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Friday, March 28, at Dutcher-Kolcz Funeral Home in Bronson.

Jake was born March 18, 1988, in Sturgis, to James and Laura (Byler) Losinski. He graduated from Bronson High School in 2006 and from Kellogg Community College in 2009 with an associate degree in computer aided drafting and design.

On Aug. 21, 2010, Jake married Whitney Miller in Sturgis, and they moved shortly thereafter to Bowling Green, Ky. He had worked for M&L Electrical in Bowling Green for the past two years and his love of computers led him to pursue a degree in computer technology. He was currently attending Southcentral Kentucky Community & Technical College.

Jake had been a member of St. Mary’s Church in Bronson and attended Glenview Christian Church in Bowling Green. He enjoyed sports, having wrestled in high school, and currently played goalie for a recreational hockey team in Bowling Green.

Jake is survived by his wife, Whitney; his parents, James and Laura Losinski of Bronson; his brothers, Tyler and Bradley Losinski, both of Bronson; his grandmothers, Vera Losinski of Bronson and Grace Byler of Burr Oak; his mother and father-in-law, Rick and Connie Miller of Bronson; his brothers and sisters-in-law, Mike (Jennifer) Miller and Aaron (Bailey) Miller, all of Bronson; two nephews; a niece; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers Samuel Byler and William Losinski Jr.; and his aunt, Betty Jo Losinski.
