Tracey Victoria Moore, 48, of Three Rivers, passed away suddenly on May 30, 2014 at Three Rivers Health. She was born on August 13, 1965 in Chicago, Ill., the daughter of Vernon and Edna (Price) Moore.

The family of Tracey Moore will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Monday, June 9th, 2014 at the Hohner Funeral Home.
