The Cass County Sheriff’s Department has identified the suspect in a stabbing incident earlier this week.
Charles Ray Eubanks, 32, of Cassopolis, was arrested following the early-morning incident July 20 in Vandalia.
Eubanks was arraigned in Cass County 4th District Court on charges of assault with attempt to murder and assault with a deadly weapon.
Eubanks remains in the Cass County Jail with bond set at $200,000 cash or surety.
