A Burr Oak woman, who faces pornography charges, had a preliminary hearing adjourned until next week.
Meadow Marie Woodman, 33, is charged with one count of possession of child sexually abusive material and one count of using a computer to commit a crime.
She is currently free on bond after turning herself in to authorities. Her preliminary hearing will take place Aug. 5.
Woodman is accused of having on her cell phone a video showing two students involved in sexual activity. The video initially was recorded by the two students, consensually, on an iPod.
In a police report, one student told police that after Woodman saw the video on a student’s phone, she asked that the video be sent to her phone.
Woodman is currently a trustee on the Burr Oak Village Council.
