The St. Joseph County United Way is starting its annual Donut Drive this week.
The event is the agency’s way of thanking St. Joseph County for its continued support in reaching its annual goal.
Volunteers will be passing out free donuts 7:30 to 9 a.m. starting in Centreville on Wednesday. The give-away continues Thursday in Sturgis and Friday in Three Rivers.
The eight-community event continues next week, Aug. 11 in Colon, Aug. 12 in White Pigeon, Aug. 13 in Mendon, Aug. 14 in Constantine and Aug. 15 in Burr Oak.
Donut Drive 2014 is sponsored by Market Place North of Three Rivers.
