Purchase of wayfinding signs

The city of Three Rivers has agreed to the purchase of wayfinding signs to aid motorists with locating destinations and points of interest in the city.

Mayor Tom Lowry said the matter, which was approved at last week’s city commission meeting, calls for the purchase of nine signs featuring a city logo and a direction to the destination.

Valley City Sign of Comstock Park will produce the signs at a total cost of $37,000.

Lowry said the signs are scheduled to be installed before the end of the year.
