Roy Charles Meadows, age 69, of Three Rivers passed away on Friday, August 22, 2014 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born in Forrest City, AK on December 15, 1944 the son of Freddie R. and Ethel I.(Arnold)Meadows.
Roy served his country honorably during the Vietnam War. Roy was also employed as an electrician for Day International in Three Rivers for over forty years.
Roy was preceded in death by his wife Jeanne (Evans)Meadows, brothers, Freddie R. Meadows and Johnnie P. Meadows, and sister, Betty Frazier.
He leaves to cherish his loving memory daughter, Crystal L. Meadows of Constantine, MI ; son, Charles Meadows of White Pigeon,MI; sisters, Evelyn Coleman, Bonnie Byrd, and Emma Lee Featherstone; grandchildren, Amber, Derrick, & Jacob Meadows, Chellsie, Dakota, Lakota, & Melanie Laferty , and Tore, Evan, Jade, Harrison Light, and three great-grandchildren, Natalie and Carsen Meadows and Carl Wilson.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 30, 2014 at Hohner Funeral Home.
