St. Joseph County National Night Out

 

The city of Sturgis will host the St. Joseph County National Night Out event next week.

Sturgis police deputy chief and Night Out coordinator David Ives said the annual event will run 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday on the east lawn at Sturgis High School.

The event kicks off with a silent parade heading east in Chicago Road from Centerville Road to the high school at 4:30 p.m.

Local businesses have donated a variety of gifts for children and adults, and free food and entertainment will be available.

Free attractions include Kritchlow’s Alligators, a climbing wall, rope pulls, games and autographs from pro fisherman Mark Zona
