Devon Scott Van Horn, 23, of Mottville, Mich., died Friday, Sept. 19, 2014.
Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Farrand Funeral Home in White Pigeon, where services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday.
Interment will be in Mottville Township Cemetery.
Donations may be directed to the family.
