Doug Peasley, 59

Douglas P. Peasley, age 59, of White Pigeon, passed away Sunday, September 14, 2014 at Three Rivers Health. He was born in Sturgis on January 7, 1955, a son of Charles and Patricia (Parks) Peasley, Sr. Doug worked as a sawman at Arbor Industries in Middlebury, IN. and at several plastics companies over the years. Doug enjoyed nature, especially fishing, mushrooming and camping. 

Doug is  survived by his mother Patricia Peasley of Three Rivers; life companion of 27 years, Dae Brown of White Pigeon and her children Kirby Brown, Jr. of Shipshewana, Joshua Brown of Three Rivers, Stephanie Cherry of Florida; brother Charles Peasley, Jr., Bristol, IN; sister in law Cindy Gingerich, Shipshewana, IN;   and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.  He was preceded in death by his father, brother Stanley Peasley, and son Michael Peasley.  

Relatives and friends will be received at the Eley Funeral Home in Constantine on Tuesday from 6-8 PM, where religious services will be held Wednesday at 1:00 PM. Pastor Terry Neumayer of Trinity Missionary Church will officiate.  Interment will be at Little Pine Cemetery in Goshen, IN.
