St. Joseph County Board of Commissioners tended to personnel matters

In addition to a few personnel matters, St. Joseph County’s Board of Commissioners last week made an appointment to the Community Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services Board.

Three Rivers resident Roger Rathburn was appointed to fill a vacancy on the CMH board.

Also, the commission approved hiring Dixie Strawser as a temporary, part-time employee for MSU Extension; Kathy Kline was granted dismissal as deputy circuit court clerk after being unable to return from medical leave; Rodrigo Delgado was hired as Commission on Aging aide; and Autumn Keifer will change from full-time corrections officer to district court probation officer.

Commissioners also reached an employment agreement with Tracy Harker for $50,000 annually for the position of College Access Network coordinator.
