Faye Snyder, 77

Millie Faye Snyder, 77, of White Pigeon, passed away Friday, October 17th, at Riverview Manor Nursing Home, Three Rivers. Faye was born in Jasper, AL on October 3, 1937, a daughter of Robert Ed and Mattie Elizabeth (Burgess) Sherer. She graduated from Bristol High School. On June 28, 1958 she married Kenneth Snyder in Bristol, IN at the Methodist Church. He preceded her in death August 23, 2008.

Faye worked as a teller at First National Bank in Mottville, MI., for several years and at several restaurants and salons. She was a member of Porter Baptist Church, and Porter Township Community Policing Program.

Faye is survived by three daughters, Lisa, (William) Elijah, of White Pigeon, Lori, (Rick) Schneider, of Jones, Lynn (David) Ebbole, of Elkhart, grandchildren Wayne Schneider, Katherine (Troy Vann) Ebbole, Joshua Snyder and Jody Schneider, great grandson David Vann, two sisters, Francis (LaMar) Rink, Three Rivers, Geraldine (Kenneth) Garn Sr, Marcellus, brother, Charles Wayne (Carol) Sherer, of TX,
Faye was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Kenneth Snyder, brothers, James & Curtis Sherer and sister Inell Odom.

Relatives and friends will be received Wednesday from 5 – 8 pm at the Eley Funeral Home in Constantine. Memorial Service will be held Saturday, November 1st at 2 pm at Eley Funeral Home.
