Three Rivers Main Street program accepting applications for Design Assistance program

The Three Rivers Main Street program is accepting applications for design services from downtown property and business owners located within the Michigan Main Street footprint.

The design assistance provides information and recommendations on exterior façade improvements that will improve the appearance and visibility of the building and business, while also maintaining the historic integrity of the building and making functional for the owner’s current needs.

DDA/Main Street Executive Director Brian Persky said depending on the individual needs of the property or business owner, there are three types of design assistance services available: Preservation and Design Consultation, Design Services, and Historic Tax Credit Assistance.

Prospective participants can pick up and return a “Design Assistance Request Form” from Persky’s office at 57 N. Main St.
