Two of four Ohio men linked to a September armed robbery at the St. Joseph County Fairgrounds have pleaded guilty to the charge.
During a court proceeding earlier this month, 35-year-old John Gregory and Robert Howe, 55, pled guilty and as part of a plea agreement that included dismissal of additional charges.
Corderrius Cook, 27, pled no contest, while Samuel Davis did not enter a plea and is securing his own attorney.
The four were arrested Sept. 22 after allegedly holding a couple at gunpoint in their trailer and stealing an undisclosed amount of money.
They fled Centreville but were stopped a short time later at the intersection of M-86 west and M-66 for a license plate violation.
Sentencing for Gregory, Howe and Cook will take place later in 2015, while Circuit Court Judge Paul Stutesman is expected to continue Davis’ case also later in the new year.
