Barry Kirk, 58

Barry Kirk, 58, of Marcellus, St. Joseph County, passed away to be with his Lord on Jan. 2, 2015 after congestive heart problems over the past few years. We know that he is now in peace. Barry was a career employee at Armstrong International in Three Rivers and appreciated the years of employment they provided to him. He was an avid deer hunter and salmon fisherman and loved the outdoors. Barry is survived by many loved ones including his son, Nic Kirk of Kalamazoo; his mother and father, Fran and Dean Kirk of Richland; his brother, Bob Kirk and wife Arlene Kirk of Poulsbo, Wash. (and their children Adam and Dustin); his brother, Brad Kirk and wife Michelle Kirk of East Grand Rapids (and their children Emma, Zac, Kyle, and Ellie); and his sister, Beth Kirk Malecki and husband Steve Malecki of Glenview, Ill. (and their children Maya and Cole). Per Barry’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
