The Three Rivers Lions Club has announced it is accepting nominations for the “Three Rivers Lions Club Bruce C. Snook Citizen of the Year” award.
Presented since 1965, the Three Rivers Lions Club’s Citizen of the Year award was renamed in 2014 to honor Snook, a community activist and longtime Lion who passed away in 2013.

The “Bruce C. Snook Citizen of the Year” will be honored during a public banquet and program that will take place in late April or early May.
Nominations should include a brief description of why the nominee is deserving of the honor. They should be mailed to “Bruce C. Snook Citizen of the Year Nominations,” c/o Three Rivers Lions Club, Box 134, Three Rivers, 49093.
Deadline for nominations is Feb. 14.
