Irene Angelo, 84

Irene M. Angelo, age 84 of Marcellus, MI passed away Friday, February 13, 2015.
She was born November 15, 1930 in Michigan City, IN the daughter of Walter and Irene (Schultz) Preis.
Irene enjoyed being alone and crocheting baby blankets, quilts, hats & booties for children.
Surviving are three daughters, Barbara (Steve) Bounds of Portage, IN, Mary Sjoerdsma (Scott Millword) of Lawton, Theresa Shingledecker (Brian Carpenter) of Marcellus; four sons, Floyd (Robin) Thomas of Michigan City, IN, Jack (Diane) Thomas, Owen (Julie) Thomas both of Michigan City, IN and Walt (Dottie) Thomas of Glendale, MI; one sister, Pat Rootes of Michigan City, IN; twelve grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son Raymond Thomas and husbands Ray Thomas and Alexander Angelo.
Cremation has taken place and memorial services will be held at a later date.
