Sharon Jansen, 74

Sharon Marie Jansen, age 74, of Three Rivers passed away on Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at her home. She was born in Centreville, MI on March 28, 1940 the daughter of Edward J. Bungart and Pearl Elma (Bickle) Bungart Wetherbee.
Sharon has been a lifetime resident of Three Rivers. She was united in marriage to John Micheal Jansen in 1959, whom survives. Sharon was employed for many years as an office manager at Three Rivers Press, the circulation department at Three Rivers Commercial News, and also as secretary at the Immaculate Conception Catholic School. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and active with the Daughters of Mary.
Sharon supported and was very involved with numerous local charities. She was active with the 4-H Live stock auction, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, and American Cancer Society.
She was preceded in death by her parents and grandchildren, Johnny Jansen and Jantzen Jubeck.
Sharon leaves to cherish her loving memory husband, John M. Jansen; sons, John (Laurie) Jansen, Randy Jansen, and David (Tarina )Jansen; daughter, Tamara (Scott) Jubeck; grandchildren, Joshua (Tonya) Jansen, Ashley (Steven) Dibble, Brittany Jansen, Cody Jansen, Joe Gest, Tianna Sears, Jennalyn Jubeck, Mariah Jansen, and Jaydin Jubeck; great grandchildren, Drake, Matthew, Alaina, and Andrew; sister, Phyllis (Richard )Mast; brothers, Paul (Sharon )Bungart, Jack (Patty Brothers) Bungart, and Jim (Barb) Bungart.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. with Rosary Services beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at the Hohner Funeral Home.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 26, 2015 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Msgr. Mike Hazard as celebrant.
