Two people were arrested earlier this week following the execution of a search warrant in Three Rivers.
Investigators from the St. Joseph County Area Narcotics unit arrested the pair after a traffic stop was made on U.S. 131.
SCAN investigators received information about subjects involved in trafficking methamphetamine, and that they would be at the Michigan Department of Corrections office at some point during the day.
Officers made contact with the two subjects, obtained a warrant for their vehicle and located several grams of crystal methamphetamine, as well as packaging materials.
The two subjects were arrested, one for a parole violation and both for possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine.
SCAN investigators were assisted at the scene by officers from the Three Rivers Police Department and Parole Agents with the DOC.
