Mr. Earl Henry Buckman Jr., age 67, of Three Rivers, MI., passed away on Monday, March 2, 2015 at the Borgess Medical Center, Kalamazoo, MI., following a brief illness. He was born in Detroit, MI., on January 7, 1948 the son of Earl Sr. and Isabelle (Flint) Buckman.
On Oct. 23, 1999 Earl was united in marriage to Mrs. Bobbi (Hitchcock-Sanders) Buckman. Together they enjoyed operating their business “Oriental Concessions” traveling to different county and state fairs. Earl also enjoyed fishing, spending time at their home in Kline’s Resort, and especially visiting with his neighbor’s and friends.
Mr. Buckman was preceded in death by his parents, step-son, Michael Sanders, and grandson, Jaron Driskel.
He leaves to cherish his loving memory, wife, Bobbi Buckman; son, Earl H. Buckman III; daughter, Nicole D’Amico; two step-daughters, Cindy (Mike) Walton, and Lee (Steve) Driskel; two brothers, Michael (Sylvia) Buckman, and Mark Buckman, and one sister, Peggy Medlin. Many grandchildren and great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the time of funeral services at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 6th, 2015 at the Hohner Funeral Home with Pastor Bob Anderson officiating.
Interment will be held in Riverside Cemetery, Three Rivers, MI.
