Julia E. Sutton, age 88, of Three Rivers, formerly of Constantine, passed away Monday, March 23, 2015 at Heartland Health Care Center. She was born July 9, 1926 in Constantine, a daughter of Charles and Pansy Violet (Roberts) Young, Jr. Julia graduated from Constantine High School in 1944. On Dec. 17, 1947 she married Willard Sutton in Constantine. He preceded her in death Oct. 16, 1999.
Surviving Julia are her daughter Holly (Charles) Forster, Jones, son Willard (Betty) Sutton, White Pigeon, sister Ann King, White Pigeon, brothers Raymond (Mary) Young, Constantine, Charles (Carol) Young III, Ohio, 5 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and several great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, granddaughter Christi Sutton, great grandson Jared Sutton and brother in law Bill King.
Relatives and friends will be received Thursday from 2-6 PM at Eley Funeral Home in Constantine, where funeral services will be held Friday at 11:00 AM. Pastor Mike Owen of First Baptist Church of Newberg will officiate. Interment will be in Constantine Township Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Eley Funeral home to help with expenses.
