Seasonal weight restrictions in effect

As expected, the St. Joseph County Road Commission has begun enforcing the seasonal weight restrictions.
The annual restriction took effect at 7 a.m. Tuesday.
Seasonal weight restriction permits can be downloaded from the website: stjoeroads.com.
The restrictions are necessary due to the potential damage to roadways because of the freeze-thaw-cycle common this time of year.
