Two search warrants lead to arrests

Members of the St. Joseph County Area Narcotics unit arrested three people Tuesday after executing search warrants at two separate locations.
Around 5: 30 p. m., police raided a home in the 53000 block of North Fisher Lake Road in Park Township.
Officers arrested one man and one woman at the home. Police seized 20 marijuana plants as well as processed marijuana. Each suspect faces charges of possession with intent to deliver marijuana and maintaining a drug house, while the man will have an additional charge of felony firearm.
A short time later, investigators searched a home on M-60 near Heimbach Road, also in Park Township. Police seized 39 marijuana plants and a large sum of cash. Police arrested a man in his 60s. He will face multiple drug charges, according to authorities.
