Margaret Louise (Peterson) Miholer, 96, of Melbourne, Fla., passed away on July 30, 2015 at Indian River Center, Melbourne, Fla. She was born in Huntington, Ind. on May 1, 1919. She lived much of her life in Three Rivers, attending Three Rivers High School. She married Dick (Frank) Miholer when she was 20 years old and they were happily married for 65 years. Dick passed away in 2005. Dick and Peggy retired to Florida many years ago. Margaret (Peggy) worked for the high school and also for her father’s shoe store, Peterson Shoes. Her father, George Peterson, also owned the Peterson Shopping Center and was well known within the Three Rivers community also with his wife Mary Peterson. In later years, Peggy was Executive Secretary for Sylvania in Chicago. Peggy had four children, Jerry Miholer (deceased), Mary Josselson, Judy Francois and Frank Miholer Jr. She had four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters Nancy (Peterson) Leak and Sally (Peterson) Boos. Her brother, Dr. James Peterson of Three Rivers, and Alice (Chamberlain) Peterson are deceased. Funeral Services are Aug. 9, Florida Memorial Gardens, Rockledge, Fla.
