Counterfeit money used to buy car

State police investigators are looking into a case of counterfeit money used to purchase a vehicle earlier this week in White Pigeon Township.
According to a department media release, a man and woman drove Sunday from Chicago to the 6700 block of Klinger Lake Road, where they purchased a 2003 Saab Vector. The victim said the man used counterfeit $100 and $20 bills to pay for the vehicle, which was advertised on the website Craigslist.
The suspect was described as a black man standing about 6-feet tall. He had a goatee and went by the name Bo.
