Investigators from the St. Joseph County Area Narcotics unit executed a search warrant Thursday in Three Rivers.
According to a department media release, investigators had received information about a residence in which the production of methamphetamine was suspected.
After an extensive investigation, officers obtained a search warrant for the residence in the 600 block of Walnut Street. Officers subsequently found methamphetamine, marijuana and evidence of usage.
The two residents of the house were arrested at the scene for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, delivery of pseudephedrine to manufacture methamphetamine, and maintaining a drug house.
Both were lodged at the St. Joseph County Jail in Centreville. Names of the suspects were not released prior to arraignment.
SCAN unit members were assisted by the Three Rivers Police Department.
