The three-year contracts apply to the District Court Employee’s Association, the 911 Telecommunicators’ Association, and AFSCME groups with the circuit court, probate court, friend of the court and general unit.
In all, the contracts affect about 75 people.
Terms of the contracts include 2 percent pay increases annually, the elimination of benefits for part-time employees hired after Dec. 31, five days of vacation for new hires and eight days after one year of employment, 88 hours of sick time and 16 hours of personal time.
