Zelma Fisher, 61

Zelma F. Fisher, 61, of White Pigeon, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 10, 2015 at home surrounded by her family. She was born on Dec. 15, 1953 in Three Rivers the daughter of Donald L. and Velva M. (Rosen) Carlisle and lived most of her life in St. Joseph County.

She was a homemaker and home health care aide. Member of the Three Rivers American Legion Post #170 where she held the office of Historian.

Married to Thomas G. Fisher on July 17, 2009 in Centreville. He survives with three daughters, Cristel (Juan) Palma, Melissa Keith and Deanna (Brian) Uriegas; four stepchildren; 18 grandchildren; six brothers and sisters; many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents; son, Joe Simpson-Sepulveda.

Celebration of her life will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 12 at the Three Rivers American Legion Post. Donations may be directed to the family. Arrangements by the Farrand Funeral Home of White Pigeon.
