Charles J. Clark, age 62, of Marcellus, MI passed away Friday, January 15, 2016 after a brief illness.
He was born August 19, 1953 in Vicksburg, MI the son of Purcel F. and Clara E. (Dalton) Clark. On December 4, 1970 he married Dolly Gailhouse who survives.
He was currently employed at International Paper, Three Rivers, and was passionate about his work and everything he did. He enjoyed playing sports, riding motorcycles, fishing and enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandkids.
Surviving besides his wife Dolly are two daughters, Shelly Jacobs (Pete Martin) of Merrillville, IN and Rachel Clark of Dowagiac; one son, Purcel Fredrick (Erika) Clark of Marcellus; two sisters, Mary Clark of Marcellus and Marlene Newkirk of Greenville, MI, six grandchildren, Danielle and Alyssa Jacobs, Devon Charles and Oliver John Clark, Elias and Gavin Webb; mother-in-law Jean Gailhouse, sister- in-law Debra Regner, niece Elizabeth Clark and nephew David Clubb all of Marcellus and many other nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Larry Clubb.
Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life for Chuck will be held at a later date. Memorials may be directed to the West Michigan Cancer Center, Kalamazoo, MI.
