A police officer in Portage spotted the car about 15 minutes later speeding through a parking lot and turned on the patrol car’s lights and sirens.

The teen continued driving until striking the vehicle driven by the 33-year-old woman from Paw Paw.

The 17-year-old from Kalamazoo and his 16-year-old passenger were not injured in the crash. The driver has been arrested and is facing charges.  (AP)
