At the March meeting of the Three Rivers Health Board of Trustees, hospital officials reported a net income of more than $17,000 for February.
CEO Bill Russell said the hospital continues on firm ground financially thanks to the support, excellence and leadership from employees, senior staff and the board, he noted.
Also, the board announced Three Rivers Health is actively recruiting an orthopedic provider, as well as a new cardiologist.
In a separate matter, hospital executives said Dr. Anil Patel began his practice this month at the Center for Family Medicine.
In addition, Amber Nash, OB/Gyn, and Ruth Tatara, nurse midwife, began their practice in March.
