Motorcycle crash injures Ohio man

An Ohio man was injured after he was involved in a motorcycle accident over the weekend in Florence Township.
Sheriff’s officials said David Cathcart, of Chagrin Falls, was riding his motorcycle at 5:25 p.m. on Mintdale Road, when he misjudged a curve in the roadway west of Sevison Road and drove into a field.
Cathcart was treated at the scene for unspecified injuries.
Investigators said alcohol and speed do not appear to have been factors in the incident.
A media release does not indicate whether Cathcart wore a helmet.
