Two people were arrested last week after the Cass County Drug Enforcement Team found one-pot methamphetamine labs at a residence in Marcellus Township.
Cass County deputies said a search warrant was executed Wednesday in the 10000 block of Wolfe Street, where deputies received a tip about the manufacture of methamphetamine on the premises.
In addition to discovering five one-pot methamphetamine labs, deputies found components for the continued manufacture of meth. Various items indicating the sale of methamphetamine was taking place were also located along with methamphetamine paraphernalia.
A 44-year-old female and a 30-year-old male were arrested on charges of manufacture of meth and hazardous waste, maintaining a drug house, operating a lab involving meth within 500 feet of a dwelling, and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
The male suspect was also arrested on unrelated warrants out of another jurisdiction.
Their names are being withheld pending arraignment.
