Becky was a lifelong Burr Oak resident and a graduate of Burr Oak High School with the class of 1976.
On May 20, 1977, she married Jeff Ultz at Trinity Lutheran Church in Sturgis.
Becky had been employed by Currier Tire in Burr Oak for more than 18 years, a job she loved doing. She also had worked at Burr Oak Community Schools as a teacher’s aid for many years and babysat in her home when her children were young.

Becky was a longtime member of Burr Oak Mother’s Club, served as a Burr Oak High School class advisor and was an avid recycler for many years. She enjoyed “Ladies Night Out” monthly dinners out with friends, watching birds eat from the feeders and raise their babies in the backyard, ceramics, canning and freezing the harvest from the family garden and many will miss her famous decorated cutout cookies she baked for every occasion. Becky had involvements and hobbies, but what she truly cherished was time spent with her family.
