Logan Alan Brackett, our little angel, slipped to the Heavens on Sunday, August 21, 2016. He was born on July 24, 2016 to his beloved parents, Casey and Darcy Brackett. He had three loving brothers, Robbie, Zachary, and Brady Chobot; and loving grandparents, Robert and Colleen Horton, and Joyce and Ken Brackett.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 12:00 noon on Saturday, August 27, 2016 at the Hohner Funeral Home with Pastor James Stilwell officiating.
Graveside Services will be held at Riverside Cemetery, Three Rivers.
