Man charged with DUI after crash

A Three Rivers man was charged with driving under the influence following a two-vehicle accident last week in Fabius Township.
State police said the 38-year-old suspect was driving on M-60 around 8:30 p.m. Aug. 8, when he missed his turn at Roberts Road. He stopped his pickup and attempted to back it up, but was struck in the rear by a SUV driven by a 30-year-old Three Rivers man.
Neither man was injured.
The suspect was charged with third-offense DUI.
