A trio of Three Rivers men was charged with various offenses following an incident at Riverside Townhouses Tuesday.
According to the Three Rivers Police Department, officers were called around 1 a.m. to 1200 Hov Aire Drive in response to someone jumping on a car and smashing its windshield.
Three suspects fled the scene when officers arrived. One was arrested along Lockport Drive, the others were captured near M-60 and Hov Aire Drive as they attempted to run into an apartment unit.
A 25-year-old man was charged with destruction of property and disorderly conduct; a 20-year-old was arrested on an outstanding warrant; a 27-year-old was charged with resisting police and for a parole violation.
