Howard Kent, 93

Howard M. Kent, 93, passed away in peace at his home on Monday, Nov. 7, 2016. He was born on Feb. 28, 1923 in Union the son of Bracebridge and Lydia (King) Kent and lived in the Three Rivers area all his life.
He was a welder all his life employed by Clifton Engineering, Fairbanks-Morse, and retired from the Cook Nuclear Power Plant. He was a member of the Pipefitters Union.
Married to Charlotte A. Rifenberg; she preceded him in death on July 5, 1996.
He is survived by his three daughters, Linda (Robert) Evenson of Grand Blanc, Sandra (Paul) Keeler and Denise (Robert) Meyer of Three Rivers; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents; wife; seven brothers and sisters.
Visitation on Friday, Nov. 11 from noon — 2 p.m. at the Eickhoff, Farrand, Halverson Chapl in Three Rivers where services will be held at 2 p.m. Interment in Poe Cemetery, Jones.
