John Kinsey, 86

John W. Kinsey, 86, of Constantine, died on Wednesday, December 14, 2016, at Bronson Methodist Hospital. He was born July 12, 1930 a son of Harold and Lucille (Lentz). He graduated from Monticello High School, Indiana and DePauw University receiving a business degree. John served in the US Navy for 2 years. He retired from Bendix Corp. in South Bend having served in many capacities. John also was a private consultant for manufacturing businesses and authored the book “Just In Time World”. He was a most generous man having supported many organizations especially DePauw University. On September 9, 2001 he married Patricia English. She preceded him in death October 4, 2016.

Surviving are his nephews Steve (Janell) Miller, South Bend, Pastor Alan (Becky) Miller, Glidden, IA, niece Linda (Isham Respess) Miller, Austin, TX, great nieces Kelsey Mills, Tessa Miller, Elizabeth Miller and Allison Miller. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and sister Janis Miller.

Relatives and friends will be received Tuesday from 10 to 11 am at Eley Funeral Home, Constantine, MI where Religious services will be held at 11 am. Graveside services will be held at 2 pm at Oakwood Cemetery in Warsaw, IN. Pastor Alan Miller, Peace and Trinity Lutheran Church of Glidden and Coon Rapids, IA, will officiate.
