The contracts of three county employees were renewed for another year Tuesday.
County administrator Pat Yoder, human resources director Teresa Doehring and finance director Joni Smith will receive 2 percent pay raises in 2017, when their respective 12-month contracts take effect Jan. 1.
The three have operated on one-year contracts since beginning their employment with the county.
Yoder, who joined the county in April 2013, will receive an annual salary of $120,000. He lives on Palmer Lake in Colon Township.
Doehring, who also serves as the assistant county administrator, will earn $71,400 next year. A Mendon resident, she was hired in December 2014.
Smith lives in Nottawa Township and is in line to earn $72,800 in 2017. She began her employment with the county in June 2011.
County commissioners also agreed Tuesday to continue their contract-for-services agreement with equalization director Tony Meyaard. His annual allocation of $40,000 next year reflects no change from 2016.
