A resident of the Twin County Community Probation Center was apprehended after he apparently left the probation center’s program unlawfully.
Three Rivers police said the 35-year-old man was tracked Saturday to a residence at the Meadow Lane Trailer Park after probation center officials alerted police the man was out of place.
Officers were allowed through the front door of the residence but the man fled from a rear entrance. A Three Rivers K-9 officer and his handler, however, were positioned at the rear entrance and the man surrendered without incident.
He was charged with escape from a jail facility.
