Mike Tulley, who has been coaching football at Constantine High School for 25 years, has been named one of the 2016 “Assistant Coaches of the Year” by the Michigan High School Football Coaches Association.
Tulley said the award was nice recognition and was respectful of the honor.
Tulley has spent the past 12 seasons as the special-teams coordinator as well as coaching defensive backs.
When he’s not focusing on football during the off-season, Tulley spends a fair amount of his winter time on the basketball courts as an official.
