Larry K. Shirk, age 74, of Constantine, died on Friday, April 21, 2017 at his home. He was born September 23, 1942 in Springfield, OH a son of Gordon and Emma (Ogdon) Shirk. Larry attended school in Springfield. On July 23, 1968 he married Helen Carter in Constantine. He retired from Birkhold Pattern Co. in Centreville after 20 years of employment. Larry previously worked at Essex Wire in Three Rivers and various RV factories.
Surviving are his wife Helen Shirk, Constantine, son Lawrence (Angie) Shirk, Centreville, daughter Amy Little, Constantine, son Jason Shirk, Three Rivers, granddaughter Ashley Little, Sturgis, great grandson Hayden Rozinsk, Sturgis, 3 sisters Bonnie Lanning and Shirley Thompson, Springfield, OH, Debra Shaw, South Charleston, OH, 4 brothers Terry Shirk, White Pigeon, Richard, Jerry and Bobby Shirk of Springfield, OH, many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Patty Shirk and Annette Shirk and brothers Gordon Jr. and Charles Shirk. Cremation has taken place, there will be no public services.
