Lisa Lego, 57

Lisa Ann Lego, age 57, of Sturgis, passed away Friday morning, April 21, 2017, at her home.
She was born July 13, 1959, in Hayti, Mo., a daughter of the late Robert Eugene and Ann Elizabeth (Dowdy) Muller.
Lisa resided in Sturgis since 1992, coming from Rocky Mount, N.C.
On May 26, 1991, she married Ronald Lego in Rocky Mount.
Lisa had been employed by Instant Cash Advance in Coldwater. She also had been employed by Sturgis Home Health Care and Hospice as a home health aide, Thurston Woods Village and worked as a dental assistant.
Lisa was truly happiest when she was surrounded by her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandson.
She is survived by her loving and dedicated husband of nearly 26 years, Ron; two sons, Mark (Senyeh) Sweatt and David (Melissa) Sweatt, both of Sturgis; five grandchildren, Shanica, Shakira, David, Draven and Mystiana; a great-grandson, Hunter; three sisters, Barbara (Ray) Bonee of Portageville, Mo., Marla (Bob) Byram of Steele, Mo., and Terri Williams of Portageville, Mo.; two brothers, Robert (Marina) Muller and Chris (Laronda) Muller, both of Portageville; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three grandchildren, Maximus Bane, Alexander Gavin and Makayla Sweatt; and two brothers, Dwayne Muller and Mark Muller.
The family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Monday at the Rosenberg Chapel of Hackman Family Funeral Homes, 807 E. Chicago Road, Sturgis.
Funeral services celebrating the life of Lisa Lego will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. The Rev. Rodger Moyer of Sturgis Evangelical Church will officiate. A graveside committal will follow the service at Oak Lawn Cemetery in Sturgis.
