Police investigate Colon break ins

State police are investigating a string of breaking-and-entering incidents that occurred in Colon Township over the past week.
A department media release indicated the incidents took place in the 59000 block of Yeatter Road. Authorities believe the incidents occurred between April 9 and 16.
Evidence shows a prying tool was used to access residences through doors and windows. Stolen items reported so far include televisions, alcohol and blank checks.
