Boy dies in Cass County accident

A 6-year-old boy died in Cass County’s Volinia Township following an accident Wednesday afternoon.
Deputies were called at 3:30 p.m. to the 19000 block of Dewy Lake Street. The boy, identified as Holden High, was riding in the bucket loader of a skid steer used to do landscaping around some trees. He fell out of the bucket and was run over by the vehicle.
