Man arrested west of Three Rivers

State police arrested a 40-year-old Fabius Township man after an incident and subsequent foot chase last week.
According to a department media release, troopers were called at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 13 to the 60000 block of Youngman Road. Upon arrival, troopers were told the man left the scene on foot.
He was eventually captured and arrested without incident, charged with assault and battery, malicious destruction of property and violation of a personal-protection order, according to authorities.
