Suspect arrested in breaking-and-entering

Three Rivers Police K-9 officer Jake was deployed last weekend in response to a breaking-and-entering in progress.
Authorities said officers were called to a residence in the 800 block of South Main Street, where arriving officers heard a suspect in the second-story level.
As Jake gave warning barks, the suspect turned himself in without incident. Police arrested a 28-year-old parole absconder from Three Rivers.
He was charged with illegal entry, parole violations and outstanding warrants.
