Seven people were arrested in downtown Three Rivers on drug-related charges following an investigation by local and county drug officers last week.
According to a sheriff’s department media release, investigators with the Three Rivers Police Department and the St. Joseph County Area Narcotics unit secured a warrant and at 2 a.m. Friday, entered a residence at 13 N. Main St.
Six suspects were apprehended at the scene, while a seventh who fled the property was eventually tracked and captured by the Three Rivers Police Department’s K9 officer.
The seven adults were charged with felony drug offenses, including maintaining a drug house, operating a meth lab, possession of meth, fugitive warrants and probation violations, according to authorities.
