United Way’s Donut Drive begins

The St. Joseph County United Way is beginning its annual Donut Drive this week.
United Way volunteers will be in St. Joseph County’s eight communities over the next week, starting in Centreville today.
The agency is not asking for donations, rather it is thanking St. Joseph County residents for their continued support. The Centreville-based agency helps more than 40 local causes thanks to the financial assistance it receives.
The donut give-away is 7:30 to 9 a.m. and will continue Thursday in Sturgis and Friday in Three Rivers.
It will resume Monday in Burr Oak and Colon, Tuesday in Mendon and Aug. 16 in Constantine and White Pigeon.
The 2017 Donut Drive is sponsored by Chupp Insurance Agency.
